how does waiting a long time entitle the fans to a premiership? why dont west ham fans deserve a title? theyve been waiting even longer.
plus he actually does say that he thinks theres 'no doubt' theyll win one in the coming years. which is whats funny...

and suarez is ripped into because he dives SO much. why would they put ridgewell in the same category as a guy who dives week in, week out?
 

If u were a struggling manager, to suck up to the fans you'd say they deserve a title. And coming from one who waited from 1981 when I became a fan I can side with long suffering fans!

yes, as a struggling manager i might say that, but that doesnt mean its not funny to other fans that know why hes saying it?
plus, wouldnt that mean the other 15 team's fans deserve a title aswell? or only fans of previous champions deserve one?
rodgers is a joke. if liverpool wanted to play good football like they do at swansea they shouldve brought in martinez, who developed swansea into the team rodgers inherited...
 
hammers could be in trouble for anti-semetic chants @ WHL last night. fair enough theres no room for that in football, but surely spurs supporters should tone down on the whole 'yids' thing aswell?
they call themselves a derogatory name, but get upset when other clubs do it...
altho some of the chants were well over the top. the hissing in particular.

4 more goals and messi beats gerd mullers long standing calendar year goal record. even tho some of gerds goals came from a friendly tournament they played in, so really i think messi should already have the record.

Also, of the supposed 100 signed Fabregas cards from 2008/09 Match Attax, a fair few were handed out to Topps employees as well. I bought in excess of 30 boxes of them chasing one, and if any pop up on the Authentics website or ebay I'll be pissed.
 
1-1 a fair result for Arsenal at Goodison. Would've liked more after the draw at Villa, but what can you do...

The club has conducted itself poorly. I understand it is the owners decision regarding who is manager, and we've discussed it seems to have brought some success. But classless way to go about it in my opinion. And the fact that John Terry is still captain?
 

agreed. theyve conducted themselves poorly the last few years from both board and players.
im with the fans then? bring back the old chelsea! broke & struggling for trophies.
 
Some interesting results midweek. Wins in Manchester have them 6 pts clear. RVP's arsey loopy goal is enough for a Utd win, Balotelli finally gets off the mark, and then James Milner with perhaps the strike of the season so far give City a 2-0 scoreline that perhaps wasn't deserved.


Spurs are coming right and have moved into 5th, West Brom were well beaten by a good Swansea side and Chelsea fail to win for the 6th game in a row.
