It used to yes! Now I use COMC as a middle man of sorts, saves HEAPS on postage if you buy a fair bit, check out the COMC mailbox thread. Could be a long read but worth it

No based in US so it's cheap for sellers to send there. Then you get sent to you once you have received whatever you want for the one shipping price you can chose.
