I nice little mail package arrived from COMC from a very good friend who picked these up at COMC and sent them straight to me.
Firstly, this group of Jared Cunningham cards helped tick over the "People's Cunningham PC" over the 50 cards in hand mark. A lot of these cards look quite on the boring and easy side, however with my last lot of mail that will be coming from COMC in the near future, they will also help me tick off the chase for every rookie card listed in Beckett of Cunningham.
Finally one for the Sonics fans. I had seen a few people from place to place put together game used or auto lots of specific teams from yesteryear. This gave me a thought as I have a couple of Sonics autos already, why not get a auto card from every member of the 1995-96 NBA Western Conference Champion Seattle Sonics starting 5. Now I had Kemp already, and managed to pick up Schrempf, Payton and Perkins as well just recently, that left just one member, Hersey Hawkins. He had 1 certified auto in a Sonics uniform, and from a very iconic auto set in Autographics so I thought it may be hard to track down. But thanks to the people who send there cards to comc to sell, here comes the last one....Seattle SG...Hersey Hawkins.
Which if we grab what I think is the best auto I have of each (I have 2 Kemps and 2 Perkins autos) we get a starting 5 like this........
I also must mention that with my McMillan and Eric Snow autos, I believe I now have an NBA certified auto out of every player on that team from that season (card has player depicted in a Sonics jersey)
