I want to begin by showing you some Upper Deck All-Star Game patches.

We have seen TONS of these All-Star Patches from Panini in recent years. Because we have seen so many of these patches, I'm led to believe that Panini not only purchased every players' 2010 All-Star Game Warmup (what these patches have been proven to be from), but used them up entirely.
As for Upper Deck, it seems like we saw a few sets here and there with All-Star game patches

Are us collectors supposed to believe that Topps purchased Kareem's All Star Jersey in it's entirety for just this set? What happened to the remains after this set was made? Did the owner of the All-Star Game jersey only sell a section of the All-Star Jersey?
Do you guys believe that UD's All-Star Patch cards were/are real? It just doesn't seem like the All-Star patch size TIMES the numbered of cards in an All-Star Patch set would EQUAL the massive size of an All-Star jersey.
And then there is the coveted teal All-Star Game jerseys/patches of Michael Jordan.

I believe these relics are real because we've seen SO many sets from UD that include teal relics of Jordan. It makes me believe they legitimately purchased the entire 1996 All-Star Game Jersey of Michael Jordan and and used all of it besides the orange, pink and triangled sides.

But how can I sit here and believe that Upper Deck actually used the entire clothing article of Tony Parker from the 2007 All-Star Game when there is only a set of 50 cards that includes those said relics.
I think it also important to note that Upper Deck also used relics from DIFFERENT All-Star Games in their products. What I mean by that is: The actual All-Star Game relic pieces within the cards from UD would have different designs throughout years. This implies that one set would contain relics from, say, the 2007 ASG, and another from years ago would be 2004 ASG relis. Upper Deck is making us believe they progressively bought many different players' All-Star Game jerseys from different years', but that makes things even more suspicious for me.
Another example: Why would they buy the 2005 ASG jersey of Ben Wallace and only use it in this 75 copy set.
Lets say there is another set out there that uses 50 Ben Wallace 2005 ASG patches... that's 125 cards total. That just doesn't add up to an entire ASG jersey.
I want to recognize that a lot of 2003/04 and 2004/05 products have jersey card sets that include All-Star Game relics.

Now these jersey cards and sets add up quickly in terms of making up an entire ASG clothing piece. If UD was using the patches of this year's ASG jerseys in cards and then placing the regular jersey swatches into basic jersey sets, then it seems legit because the entire clothing article would be exhausted and used up.
But for other years... where an abundant amount of All-Star Game regular jersey sets were not produced, it leads me to believe we have all be hoaxed. Why and how would a company only get the patches off an All-Star jersey and not the regular jersey portion of it. WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE REST OF THE JERSEY
To me, the All-Star Game patches we seem as rare are no more common and significant as the shirt I have on my own back now.
