I found this website a while back and joined. It allows you to display manage and share your collections online, effectively creating your own professional detailed website. It has heaps of great tools and features is easy to use and the owner Philip is patient and helpful. It has private and public fields so you can make notes to yourself.
Below is a link to what I have created for my signed St George memorabilia collection, it's by no means complete but as I get time now every now and then I add something in.

I probably need to improve my photography but it even makes my crappy shots look OK, the main benefit is it allows you to create a searchable catalogue of your collection online.
