Thanks for nothing..... almost a year wait for a dual SP GU jamal crawford/starbury jersey auto !!!!

I check the site and it said card is on the way...... hadn't checked it for a while so I was all smiles.... today I get these replacements.... great work upperdeck!!! not happy at all!!!!

The letter makes it even worse, they make it sound like they're doing you a favour. **** UD, **** them in their stupid asses.

BTW I wish I had of gotten that Ginobli auto instead of the ****ing Tinsley Auto they sent me.

how does one medium level auto and one no-auto GU (which is supposedly a 'bonus') even come close to a fair 'trade' for the original redemption? It's not even close! They should be sent back to them, you should demand a fair replacement and UD should be liable for all postage costs involved. Outrageous!

If they included the jersey card for the delay in the process, how in the hell can they think that the card you got is equal to the dual auto you were redeeming. That sucks.

man that sucks bad, i have an Isiah Thomas auto redemption that looks like it might have been sent going by the UD site, but if i get some cards like that that i don't really want i will be mega pissed.
