Hi everyone,
There has been a few posts about some of the negative behaviours being displayed by NRL teams/players of late but I have a really good story to share.
A girl I work with who has a husband and 2 young kids (aged 9 & 4) recently found out that due to numerous incurable tumours, she only has a few months to live.
She is a massive Wests Tigers fan and thanks to some contacts we know at Hyundai, they had her as a guest of honour at the Tigers training session today. She got to meet all of the players and was given a signed framed jersey as a momento of the day.
She loved very minute of it and its something she will cherish forever. Its also a moment her kids will be able to fondly look back on as a special time with there mum.
This is why Rugby League is so great, and the Tigers and Hyundai have given this girl and her family an experience they will never forget.
A great effort by the Tigers and Hyundai.
