Saw this on an Auction on Ebay, it's part of the "terms" that the bidder must abide by in order to bid.

Purchaser must make contact via email within 3 days of auctions end.

Payment to be paid within 7 days of auctions end. Failure to do so, will result in non payer application to EBay and item will be relisted.

Feedback is to be left within 2 days of receiving item.

Please don't purchase if you are not willing to adhere to these terms.

Anyone notice something funny??

I know I don't leave feedback straight away all the time, and heck half the sellers out there still owe me some points (feedback), but telling people to leave it within 2 days of getting the item???

EDIT:
I just thought, if I bought the card, and left feedback a week later, would I have to send the card back, and get a refund, as I void the TOC, and technically I'm not meant to have bid......

well, it's their loss IMO..

the sales terms are pretty weird, i dunno why they want both, they want money in the first place and also feedback first.. LOL

for me, i left feedback as soon as i receive the items, never longer than 12 hours, only a few times because i had to pick up registered post and came back home late..

for me, if a seller doesn't leave me feedback, they will never get the money from me in the future.. i mean, i bought 550 items in 365 days, potentially, i am paying a bit more than others, if they behave like that, that's their loss eventually...

for me, feedback means mutual respect, not a number or quantity..

i won't even bid if i see T&C like that LOL.. maybe that's why i don't have great cards in my PC..

How would they know when you receive the cards?

That's just stupid. Man there are some real brain dead morons on eBay.
