Massive thanks to Aaron for letting me pay these ones off over time:
and also thanks to him and Terry for eventually helping this one find its rightful owner...
This one once went for $96 back when I was just getting interested in them. Back then I thought that was a massive price, and I couldn't bid anyway because it was a US-only auction, and I never thought I'd see another. However I found this beauty:
And picked up this one which had previously been on ebay twice and was shilled twice… This one went for a realistic price. And yes, Weaver was drafted by the Bobcats…
I also got this one for a good price to use as tradebait towards another I need, if possible:
This was a replacement for one I sold:
And this was really cool - the (upside-down) R and E from his nameplate, and numbered to only 5
A nice old-school HOF big man dual jersey:
A cool Granger UD Black auto patch (to go with my KG):
My first ever PMG:
And this freshly-redeemed NT auto jersey. Very impressed with the service from Panini - arrived in a magnetic, in a bubble envelope, in a FedEx express envelope. If the auto was on-card I would be 100% satisfied…
Oh I also picked up my first National Treasures RAPs… I like the patch being visable on the pic of them, so here is the H from PHX:
And this crummy one that you can tell exactly where it's from….
..oh and it's gold version…
..so it's numbered out of 25…
..of a pretty decent player…
..I'd say it's easily one of the most valuable cards I have…
..ready yet..?
