I only just noticed this difference today between the two, i'm sure many of you already knew this but hoping someone can shed some light on which version is rarer and if its alot rarer. I am guessing the one with ozcon96 card 4000 only is the rarer one but i don't know much about the differences

I would imagine you are right but still a 4000 card release at ozcon would hardly seem rare

The OZCON sample was handed out at the Card Fair the other was done as Promo for that series as far I know.

I'm sure this was the case.I also have from Ozcon three of the promo cards signed in gold by Aaron Woods, Steve Menzies and Adam Ritson which were available on seperate days

It depends on how they're acquired. 4000 cards isn't rare if it comes in a collectors packet for collectors to buy. 4000 cards handed out to random people changes that significantly. Most will throw them out, unless they're proper collectors.

Cowboys have a willows card set, that was over 2000 released I think. And I've only ever seen one set. Because they weren't sold.

My apologies, I just checked and there are four cards. DAVID Woods (not Aaron),Menzies, Ritson and , as you stated Tim Brasher
