Ok, I bought this card just about a month ago, it was a noobie seller, who I gave the benefit of the doubt to which I would purchase from (via Ebay & PayPal).
Everything was legit as far as the sale/transaction went.
Except when I went to make payment, they had the wrong PayPal account linked to their Ebay.
It took me 6 days to get my money back after I cancelled the Payment.
No probs...
I told them to fix it all up so I could pay it.
They said they had.
So I paid again....
Same prob...
I cancelled it again, and got my money back again.
Paid to the PayPal account they supplied me with, and we were under way (or so I thought).
I sent them an email about 2 weeks ago asking where it was.
They said they "sent it last week".
Next thing I know, I get an email from PayPal:

(sorry this is a long thread).
Anyways, I looked and looked, - cos I was currently watching another card much the same. The Item # is no longer around, and it's definately the one I purchased.
The listing isnt there any more.
And about a day after this, I got an email from them with Packaging & Tracking details on it.
I looked on my PayPal last night, and tried to do a Chargeback, and it said transaction already reversed.
But I can't seem to find where my money has been reversed TO?????
Do you think I should just ring PayPal?
Ebay Seller ID = pandagoalie34 or something like that

Not much of a shocker to me, I've never been provided with details I could actually USE to track...
