So anyway, he does the check out immediately after winning the auction and in the my ebay thing it shows up as total payment of $34 which would have been $2.50 postage x 5 and i was thinking i was going to have to send him arefund...found his email saying he was sending payment, and he has written
Payment on its way i have paid for 1 lot of postage ($2.50 making a totol of $24.34)regards sporterafl
Why dont people wait for an invoice? or click on the please send me total amount link? MORON!....Ive sent him an email telling him im not sending till i get the other $2, i know its only $2 but hes a MORON and GRRRR....
I like to pay straight away, but I usually have postage confirmed before I do. Either from a PM or what he mentions in the auction. But I always read carefully
Mark.
I know ebay is full of idiots, but all he had to do was wait for an invoice or read the auction ... I was actually about to send it when i noticed he had already paid...
You should be able to send 5 cards for $2.50 easily shouldn't you ?
The best way to avoid this is to incorporate the cost in the eBay postage calculator rather than in your description and then the 50c per card is added automaticly

Like Richo said, you are able to set up postage to reflect a cheaper price for 2nd and multiple lots won, and then when they go to pay for it, the correct price is usually there.
I hope he doesnt taint your feedback with a neutral or worst a neg....
I got this ebayer asking me last month about a skybox autographics 04-05 card that I have listed, He ask me why I listed it as an autographics while he can't see the auto. I had the front and back pics on the auction to show the limited number but this ebayer was really upset about my listing.
LOL Richo, and for your suggestion about using the postage calculator i will try to figure that out im new to selling...can u do that with the Turbo Lister?
