Strange request--need a certain thing for my 40th b'day costume party!

Hey all

having my 40th birthday this month and my better half has organised a costume party for me! IM A HUGE STAR WARS FAN, GROWING UP IN THE LATE 70s of course! anyway i have nearly completed my obi wan costume...but i cant find a reasonably priced pair of brown riding boots that are knee high, need size twelve/thirteen...if anyone out there has anything laying around the house like this that they dont need and wants some dollars for them, please lmk, otherwise any ideas???...tried ebay, tried costume shops in bendigo and not paying hundreds of dollars for nice boots that i will only wear probably once or twice in my life!
any suggestions or help would be appreciated!!! THANKS....

yeah the horse shops are pricey and have been op shopping, to no avail!!!!

Agree, some knee high gumboots with some material glued to them would be a good idea.
Leather knee highs can be pricey $$$$
