Congratulations to Steve Smith for his appointment as Australian Vice Captain. He will Captain tomorrow at the GABBA in Michael Clarke's absence as pups injury does seem to be long term.

A huge pat on the back for his stellar efforts with the bat and also his leadership at NSW Cricket winning the Shield title last season. Young shoulders, sensible head !!

Congrats to Steven Peter Devereux "Steve" Smith, Australia's 45th Test Captain.

If that is the end of Clarke's career, then thank you for everything you have done for Australian Cricket. Everyone that knows cricket will acknowledge what a champion you have been. What a player.....
