also something to note over 80 minutes michael jennings didn't pass the ball once. biggest hoq out.

ok morris and gaz didnt have there best games merrin and youngs minutes where numbered soward did his job just didnt have a lot of kicking options as pearce had alot of the kicking in the first half and as for scott he was close to best on the park ......all in all i think the blues put in a very good effort bring on game 2

Yeh gotta agree very good effort, kinda got lazy though after that last try. Lost positional ground and gave up lots of metres. Shouldn't have happened!

i dont think bird at 5/8 he hasnt got a kicking game on him like soward ,bird was solid in the back row he did hes job and work well with gallen and scott he has to stay where he is best and thats 2nd row

Watched the game, best part was the fight at the end....just as well they couldnt connect!

I don't think Pearce did all that much but what other choice does NSW have. Jennings and Uate played very well

Pearce played like a man possessed in defense with a few try savers.
Gasnier was marked out of the game and Morris shouldnt of let that try in.
The 1st try was jennings fault at marker, they both went out. No 50-50 calls for NSW and that forward pass call early in the 2nd half was a joke. We hit the lead and got sloppy. Hayne needed to be there for his attack and young didnt do much (pitty Robbie isnt 100%).
We had it and we let it slip, very dissapointed.

Hayne has been a standout for NSW in the past especially in attack (something NSW are lacking). I fear for the Sydney game, false confidence is not a good thing especially when QLD were not on song and they will get Inglis back with Tonga probably to be dropped. The NSW pack held its own but we need more mungrel.

NSW had to defend most of the match and was starved of territory
we got in there half only twice in the 2nd half and scored twice good to see thaiday running in as third man again wouldn't expect any less from a filthy broncos player

We really needed a utility player like Gidley coming off the bench last night.

I hope Stuart does not start Ennis off the bench next game. We looked terrible until he come on.

Yeah Ennis should start, Young did nothing. PS did wtf where we doing with ONE regular prop in the last ten minutes? When we were under the pump, and giving up like 60metres, and he still only had one regular prop. I dont understand haha =S
