Had the 6.0 litre ss ute for 10 months now and the bike for 4 months.
Was saying only a week ago its a miracle i havnt been pinched yet for speeding.
Im no hoon on the road but its bloody hard to stick to the limit all the time.
NOOOOOOOO....it came in yesterday.
Mongrel rear facing camera on wanneroo rd got me at 77 in a 70 zone.
Great pics tho...lololol

$75 but still got my 12 points !!

Wow, pinged for 77 in a 70 zone. If that was in NSW you would have been the slowest car on the road and gotten a ticket for loitering

Same here in QLD mate, if you aren't doing at least 10kmh over the limit everybody is blowing by you as if you are standing still.

Hence why he still has the 12 points. The registered owner of the car gets the fine, except in NSW where they also lose the points

YEP...no proof it was me but as theres no points involved ..no point in some1 else taking the hit for me.
Unless i say its stolen....mmm...not worth the risk for $75

Damn...$200+ in some states you say..thats pretty harsh

The wifes had a few the last couple of years so she couldnt say much..heheh

Yep! My boss got one the other day for 12km over the limit and it was $580! But thats cos its corporate registered! But like arthy said, that would have been around $220 - $240 here in SA!!

iTS ALL GOOD..as much as i think its more about money than road safety i also believe
Stick to the limit and you wont have anything to complain about

Holy cow...that's ridiculous. Speaking of fines, I got hit yesterday for $150 for doing over 10km/h the speed limit...fortunately, I won $160 in Powerball later on the same day...WOOT!

Actually you don't lose any demerit points for the $75 fines (Under 9km/over I think it is).
