Hi,

i am just wondering how many non-gu cards can put in size 0 (127mm x 178mm) one padded envelope?? when i went to post office, they said 1cm thick or something.. of course, have to consider 2 top loaders to be sandwiched..


can anyone please suggest me?? thanks in advance.
 
I fi am sending mutipule commons etc....i normally put them in a 130 point toploader....if two toploaders are required you can generally fit them in side by side so the envelope is no thicker....

well, i am planning to sell some cards i don't collect, but i wanna put as many cards as possible in one padded envelope, so i can send many at once time... and both party will be happy.. that's why i asked..

i have too many cards that i don't wanna keep, since they are not my players.
 
If you pack them long and under 2cm thick it can be sent as a large envelope - hence cheaper !

Dont go to the post office, just stick 2 50c stamps on them and put em in the post box. They wont pull you up for being a couple of mms over the limit!

Well, i just asked at the post office, i think i can put about 12 cards to 14 cards together in 127x178mm, thanks for the heads up, lol, i wouln't send at the postoffice LOL

Depends Linn.

If you're sending say 20+ cards, use toploaders, and send in a small box (suitable for VHS tapes). Only costs a few bucks.

If you're sending say 2-4 Cards, slab em together in toploaders, and put em in an envelope. They'll still get sent, but if they dont fit in their measurements it'll be charged slightly more (small parcel I think) which is only still a couple of bucks.

I've used the box option many a times, and plus it won't go thru a roller, and it's very sturdy, so it wont dent, bend, or break. (hopefully).

i have some of the cards i dont' wanan keep.. as u know they may not be sitting pretty in my card pocket, one touch or albums... they are just sitting in the big cookie tin box.. it should be worth somethingt to others who like particular players..

i am thinking to sell like 25 cents for those base cards and inserts..with $2.5 postage.. that's why i have been asking how many cards i can put it in size 0 (127mm x 178mm), coz i just bought one box (100 padded envelopes)... And i wanna put as much as possible for one postage, so everybody is happy..:)

here's sample cards i wanna sell like 25 cents each.. any suggestion welcome...
