it seems to be a really hard to get card but after much searching and dealing i eventually found some John Sutton Jersey cards that are correct 1 is for my set but the other 2 are on offer!

I don't know why it was hard to get Dave, I just email the crew at Select and they sent me out one........easy,

I tried emailing Select about a Campese and El Masri Sketch card that had been misprinted on (the names are half missing and they didn't bother replying. Which email were you using?
