LOOKING FOR 'CARD LOVERS'

Hi guys had a really random idea and thought I would share... Looking to network with more collectors and particularly keen to make use of my benefits before they expire in September.

Firstly, I am a VIP member at Jupiters Casino on the gold coast and some of my benefits include.. (until September)

-Free accomodation @ Jupiters G.C, Treasury Bris or Star in Sydney (2/7 nights remaining)
-UNLIMITED FREE Alcohol @ all above venues (Spirits/wine/beer *no cocktails*)
-Access to VIP rooms/Suites/tables
-Free Snack Buffet

So.. I can sign in 1 person ANYTIME 24/7 and up to 2 on quieter days, guests can enjoy FREE unlimited alcohol, snack food and relaxed atmosphere to hang out, chat or even trade! Personally I play poker and baccarat, but not really looking for gambling outings, more the social aspect and meeting more collectors around my demographic.

I am ~35 years old, with a beautiful partner and 4 young boys. Love Art, tattoos, collecting, music, poker, skateboarding, sketches, animation, NRL< NBA< UFC< marvel, bourbon, breasts and heaps of other random stuff haha.

I collect sketches, d rose, bogut, broncos and a bunch of non-sport and benchwarmers etc and we are currently establishing a new online hobby business with plans to operate a proper store/trade space on the gold coast soon!

More just gauging interest at this stage, pm if you live in bris/goldy and want to meet a fellow collector that can get free drinks!!

Wow man, sounds like you've got the life:)

I very rarely have gotten back down that way after moving, but hopefully someone takes you up on your generous offer.

Would love to see a store in the coast again.
 
Hey Jay, your offer sounds great. I am a Gold Coaster at heart, lived in Benowa for 17yrs, but now reside in Hervey Bay. With the wife's famliy
down there, we visit at least 5 times a year and we are just about to come down again at the end of this month. I would really like to give you a call
when i get down there and see if we can catch up for a chat. When ever i am down, i always make time for a few hands of poker. It's one of my few vices.....

Hey Mate, Rhys and I both live on the Gold Coast... I'm in surfers and he is in Coomera. I hosted clubs around here for years but now just hold down a full time job at Footlocker. What do you do bud??

Hey James, I Sell Holiday units in Surfers at Chevron Renaissance and play a bit of Poker and some custom art stuff on the side for a crust, but looking at going full time with Hobbymonsters and try start doing a lot more with it including, eventually, opening a store/trade space on the coast. Already stocking a bit of stuff but ordered, and ordering HEAPS more.

Usually working only 4 days a week now till like 4pm on mon-thu then take long weekend off ;) So for big nights, Fri/Sat nights are always good for me. Fridays through the day and almost any weeknight is ok for a few drinks even, like a quick 5 min tram ride from the casino ;) And Nel is pretty awesome, let's me do whatever haha.

I still have a bunch of friends and family up there aswell. Lived there from 92-2010. I was one of the people who actually petitioned and helped organise a few things in the bay in the mid-late 90's and early 00's like the PCYC funding and Skatepark plans. Played the first ever game of ball on the courts up there ;) back when 95% of the male high school population had a card folder and an NBA hat. haha good times.

Nice man sounds like your login the dream to be honest!! Would be awesome to see a local store again... Mind you would be dangerous to indulge then too!! Lol... I usually get Sunday's off soo I'm sure something can be worked out soon!!! Hahahhaaa

They still have the hats, and as far as the folders go...i'm working on that. I'm the junior & rep coordinator for the hervey bay basketball and the womens hurricanes coach. I give cards out as incentives to kids every week, they love it. Are you going to be free on sunday 2nd August? I will be down that weekend, it would be good to meet up with all you guys.

Yeah, I'm free that day. I'd love to give you a bunch of cards to take back for the kids. Got boxes of base and low lvl inserts etc doing nothing.
 
Whoop Whoop!! Gold Coast represent!! Yeah myself & @Stashman_GC reside on the GC!! Would be awesome to see a shop here again!! Means the money may not be around any longer! haha! But I looked into opening a shop about 10 years ago, but never went ahead with it!! wish i did!! haha!! Both James & I are 32 years old!! I'm married with a beautiful wife & have an 8 month old son!! Busy most days with work and nights with the family, but if we can work out a night for "BOYS NIGHT"... I shall be able to get away from the house!! Preferably Friday night/Saturday night I guess!! I don't drink, so can't take advantage of the free drinks... but talking cards, tattoos & sport... I'm totally down!! haha!!
 
Hey mate, i was meant to come down on the weekend, for a family thing and catch up with you at the Cas. But my eldest Daughter got tonsillitis, so
had to postpone the trip. I should make it down in a fortnights time. I'll let you know.
