So what's the prevailing view on "Leaf" products?

I should have a bit of spare money coming up and was looking at getting something highish-end to bust, and came across these boxes of "Leaf" product on ebay. The "Ultimate" tag on one of their products initially caught my interest, as I associate that with high-end Upper Deck, which had "exclusive" rights to Lebron/MJ last time I checked. Admittedly, this was a while ago, when I THOUGHT I could no longer have a chance at pulling Lebron/MJ autos, I did lose a bit of interest in NBA cards. Is this still the case? Or do Panini products also have LJ/MJ autos in them? And more importantly for me (from a high-end product point of view), what's the resale "value" of Leaf cards like?

Not much chance except for the release were all of the cards in the product were slabbed cards resealed. Panini don't have these guys either so UD is your only chance still. Think the new Exquisite is due soon...

love leaf products, even with their non licensed cards, they make an effort with designs and use NBA unis by just removing the logos!

This is a killer card!

The fact that they have to take out the nba logos on the cards makes them look really cheap and tacky for me. Some people love them but others are like me and would not take them even if offered for free lol
