So I've got another Neg on Ebay

I left a neg for a seller (almost a month ago) for them for sending me 20 (not 21 as descrived as listing), also, they were in a bubble mailer (YAY) but all jammed into a team bag...

As you may have guessed, EVERY card has f-cked corners...

There were quite a few doubles in there, but since there were about 7 that I actually needed to fill gaps of my collection, I was quite pissed about all this.

So I left them a neg (again, about a month ago)...

Logged on last night , and sure enuff, the scumbag has left me retaliatory negative feedback.

Saying that I neg them without trying to fix the problem. F-ck it, why should I have to TRY TO FIX SOMETHING THEY F-CKED UP!!!

So I left them a followup, telling it how it is, and to look forward to more negs.

I've since used my other account to log on and bid on a card of theirs which I plan to "pay" via Money Order (Intl), and leave them Negative.

I'm also considering PayPal as the item was not as described.

All this for a few bucks, but f-ck this c-nt, I'm not happy about this muthaf-cker!!!

I have just requested their details from Ebay, and also filed PayPas as Item Not as Described, and Significantly Damaged.

We'll see what sort of reaction I receive.

I'm also trying to contact Ebay.
 
God damn sellers should be the ones who have to leave feedback first. Their feedback toward the buyer should be known once they have received their payment, it is the buyer who has to wait until they get the item before they can make a judgment on the sale. Friggin useless eBay management!
 
So I've done all I can with Ebay, and have a response from PayPal saying the Seller has contributed his side of the story, and I've already escalated it to a Claim, I want them to handle it for me.

Got the expected response from Ebay...

They're free to leave whatever feedback they like, rah rah rah...even if they lie, rah rah rah, as long as they don't violate a policy, rah rah rah.

Let's hope PayPal comes thru...
