Despite all of Select's obvious shortcomings it is still exciting when a new series is going to be released. I just hope they have signature cards again and maybe of some teams who don't normally get represented such as the Raiders, Sharks, Cowboys and Warriors.
It takes at least 5 months to produce a card collection. From concept, to design, cardlists, copywriting, sourcing images, a long approval process, printing, packing, shipping, distribution. All of these elements have variable timeframes which often delay deadlines.
We are working on our second collections now...."
I don't mind a March release - gives me more time to save some pennies for it. It at least looks like we might be getting some fresh ideas from Select. Realy like the concept of the Triple Centurions - particularly if they had the nous to include some career stats on the back.
Could open the door to more chase sets that have desirable themes: One-club-career, 100 tries club, etc. Won't hold my breath though. Bring on the flyer!
A triple centurion does sound like a great sub set......
I do like the look of the sneak peeks cards as they do seem differrent, although another DT subset sounds like a pain to collect.........$40 each x 16 = $640
unless they split the set between the Series II again.....which I personally dislike.

Is the Club trio the instant win bonus card or ......?
Nice to see some new ideas.
NRL Heritage set would be nice but im sure it would be the same teams they always use, so whatever.
