Tony, All I can tell you is from the back of the card. It is from "Sports Stars USA" 93-94.

thats a nice and rare card. it goes in the category: oddball.
i have also some like that of jordan in my colelction..with that gold foil bling bling look-they are very nice and i also think to know that they are not listed anywhere.
