I am currently dealing with a member on here (who's name i wont say, but i know several other members are having or had trouble with this same member) who has failed to send my cards yet, 10 days after the trade agreement was reached, he has received my cards (and not left feedback for me) and still not sent mine , its not like im a new member thats meant to send first, and when i have questioned him about it - HE HAD A GO AT ME!!!

*sigh* this is really leaving a bad taste in my mouth, considering most of the people on here are so good to deal with....This by the way is not a new member, he does have a good feedback score, i just cant believe he hasnt recieved a negative feedback for it yet...

anyways just needed to get that off my chest

Thats pretty poor.

If he/she has done it to others as well, maybe something should be done.

Name who it is and give everyone else a warning about him/her
 
i agree, that's unreliable, i myself am fault of a few deals gone sour, but maybe only 2 deals maximum have gone sour out of over 200 so i'm not too worried (including here and ebay as well as other sources).

Btw lip, payment sent this morn, you should receive before thursday.
 
PM's have been sent and all should be fixed soon. Communication is the key guys and stops most problems BEFORE they blow up ;-)
 
I have tried to communicate with him Chad, and HE STILL HASNT POSTED...sorry but its really annoying, and when i did talk about it with him tonight he told me i was over-reacting by asking about it, "a few days" he claimed, 10 days is not a few...sorry but very very poor on the part of this person

I have to agree Matt, if a person agrees to post on a particular day and then STILL hasn't 1 week later then that is not good enough.......a day or two later fine but 1 week is not what I would consider deserving of a positive feedback.
 
This issue has been resolved and explained. This is a friendly and understanding place or at least we are trying ;-) Like Clarkey said Proto has been a great member for so long and one of the original members. He has explained himself and i'm sure after that we can cut some slack and the cards are sent today. I know you had to wait a little longer than you had to but a week without them isn't going to kill anyone. Please don't neg these deals and please others dont refrain from trading with Proto in the future. I'll personally vouch for him and many others too.
 
Maybe in the future rather than calling them out publicly like this we should be contacting the mods to help sort it out.

I couldnt think of anything worse than being embarrased like this
 
The mods were contacted......No names were used until Proto replied so I don't think ANYONE was called out publicly (JMHO).
 
Rich did the right thing and the system works. Proto posted under his own intuition even though he didn't have to post publicly here. All is dealt with as said so this issue is close.

Proto hasn't been embarssed by this and things come up sometimes. We all have a life away from ozcards. I hope that members are understanding of this.
