Whats your thoughts on signed Memorabilia such as gloves etc...
Do you go for legends and or take a risk on up and comers?
I have always been a fan of Philly fighters and regret not getting any Joe Frazier Merchandise before he passed as it has skyrocketed after his death and getting the kudos he always deserved.
I prefer to go with exciting up and comers get them for a good price and you sort of have a stake in there future career when watching them fight.
Tyson won't go down as the greatest HW but his prices of memorabilia are close to Ali.
I have a James Kirkland glove and have watched him go from FOTY against Alfredo Angulo last year to the Farce against Carlos Molina and now dropping his whole team and trying to get out of his GBP contract which could keep him out of action until 2018 if he does not succeed in court and chooses not to fight for GBP.
I am going to add a Korean Zombie UFC glove to my collection soon and I am on the lookout for upcoming prospect Keith Thurman signed boxing glove but I have yet to find one I might ask my Las Vegas supplier that I trust for 100 percent Authentic stuff to try to get me one in the future. I have also pmed on facebook Winky Wrights gym in florida to see if I sent a glove over if he would sign it for me and I would pay for any costs involved or even for the hassle of signing it I hope they get back.
How do you go for signed Memorabilia?? Favourite Fighters, Up and Comers or Legends.
