Side PC Player Help

Hey guys, I have an odd question here, I can't decide for myself so I need your help lol

Anyways, I want to start another side PC to add to my many other player PCs, I just need a player who fits these criteria.

1. Drafted between 6th-12th in their respective draft.

2. Is playing rather decently this season.

3. Had their rookie year in the Panini era.

4. Has a fair few Panini cards around.

5. Is kind of cheap (not really cheap, not expensive)

Can anyone think of a player for me?

I like C.J McCollum, he is having a great season and most probably going to be the NBA's most improved player this year.
