Should sleaves with cards in them go into 9-pocket pages

Hi all,
Just wondering, I have a heap of ultra pro card sleaves 2(5/8)x3(5/8) and ultra pro silver 9-pocket pages. Should a basketball card which has already been put into a card sleave also be placed into a silver 9-pocket page or removed from the sleave then put into a 9-pocket page? See below:

Also, does anyone know the difference between ultra pro silver 9-pocket pages and platinum ones?

i would just put cards into pages with out the sleeves, i like to give the card room to breath ........but everyone is diffierent

Without penny sleeves, I've found over time they'll eventually "stick" to the pocket pages which MAY damage the cards.

Penny sleeves MAY assist, but also "stretch" the pockets and may allow cards to fall/slip out of their pockets.

My old Barkley collection, and all my 90s stuff are in pockets (where I could fit them - need more folders), and that's where they'll stay for their lifetime. These cards are ones I won't part with, and something that maybe one day I'll pass on to my kid(s).

Hell yeah they should.. If you're keeping cards in sleeves then it's a must. I keep all my cards in sleeves then in pages.. Cards from 10 cents to we'll over 1000 and in one case even more. You can buy sealable penny sleeves (hard to find) I use those and on the more expensive ones I use ultra pro deck protectors. The deck protectors are the same material as the 9 pocket pages. I put the card in top first so if any liquid spills on the page it won't go into the card... If anyone is storing cards in 9 pocket then also adding some sort of individual sleeves is a must

I third this. Just make sure you don't use large sleeves or they bunch up.
