which service does everyone use to ship cards to ebay winners in the US?
also what do you usually pack the cards in?

Tracked mail to the U.S. costs approx $20 and arrives in 1-2 weeks.

Bubble mailer + top loader + pack filler taped to the outside is a general rule I find c

I've seen aussies only charging US$4.95 for shipping cards to the US. any idea what are they using?

Standard post. No tracking. Likely below cost too.

All depends on weight of the package. I think it costs me about $6.50 for regular post with no tracking. The aus post website has a postage calculator on it to anywhere worldwide you can look at for reference.
