Not a huge Ebay analyser but I watched this and it started at $9.99 and ended with 2 bids at that price. How does that work?

Same bidder. Guy bid first at $9.99, then bid higher before the end in case anyone else came in.

My guess is that the person bidding placed a bid at the starting price and then bid again at a higher amount.

If it was sniped on the last sec with a bid even though a single bid goes in it always shows 2 for some reason
