Panini cases online hardly help, with quick one liner reply and automatic case closed,
Jesse McLean from Panini customer service replied to email. It did take a few back and forth emails, but finally got a reply and confirmation they have the correct card in hand. I have to send the card back before they ship me the correct card

Customer service tickets are a waste, as they give a quick reply and close the ticket straight away,
Customer service via email is the way to go, everything was sorted through that. I sent a mod earlier with all the contact emails for each department with Panini, if they want to add to company info somewhere?
