Shaq 15-16 NT Colossal Super Prime - Panini sent me the wrong redemption card

I hope this gets sorted, but my gut feeling is they sent my card to someone else instead and there card to me,

2015-16 Panini National Treasures Colossal Super Prime Shaquille O'Neal 1/1

The card I got was the Clutch Factor 1/1 instead,

I've emailed Panini about this, which I hope gets sorted and the correct card isn't sent to someone else yet...

I see the Clutch Factor was sold on eBay, does anyone know who won it??

Quick update and run down

Seller of the eBay sale helped and confirmed buyer has not got anything yet,

Panini cases online hardly help, with quick one liner reply and automatic case closed,

Jesse McLean from Panini customer service replied to email. It did take a few back and forth emails, but finally got a reply and confirmation they have the correct card in hand. I have to send the card back before they ship me the correct card

They sent me a return shipping label

I finally have the correct card in hand

Incorrect card sent back via return shipping label from Panini,

Side notes
Customer service tickets are a waste, as they give a quick reply and close the ticket straight away,
Customer service via email is the way to go, everything was sorted through that. I sent a mod earlier with all the contact emails for each department with Panini, if they want to add to company info somewhere?

Social media is prob the best way going by others. All I have is Instagram, so email was my best way and worked out well
