Selling on ebay - How long until funds clear?

I'm not a regular seller on eBay so the last few cards I sold a week and a half ago the funds havn't cleared. Anyone know when they'll clear so I can use them?

Did you sell on .com? Or.com.au? Last time I sold on.com my funds were held for 30 odd days

I believe its 28 days but you can speed up the process if the buyer confirms that the card has been received or if you shipped using registered post or express and the tracking number shows delivered.

If you have a look around (maybe in the transaction details) it says somewhere an 'estimated date' that they will be clear

I noticed that as soon as I sold something higher end (more money for ebay) they cleared my funds quicker. Anything lower end, I had to wait 21 days.

What a hassle.

I have been selling with .com for years and with over 650+ 100% feedback and they decided to do the same.
No one can give me a straight answer why it has changed, and the last couple of sales paypal have cleared it for me.
Pain in the ass.

I've sold many things varying in price from 0.99 for to $1000 for cards and electronics. The only issue I've ever had was when trying to sell iPads. Apart from the usual issue of ebay fakers saying they didn't get it when you know they did.
