This is just a courtesy email to let you know that there has been a delay in posting your item/s. The reason for this delay is because i had a car accident about 1 week ago, and i have been in hospital with two broken legs, a ruptured sternum, broken arm and fractured eye socket.

I sincerely apologise for this delay in posting your item/s. Please forgive me when considering your feedback for your items. If i could of posted your items earlier i would of, however i have not been able to get mobile due to the pain and the extent of my injuries.

I have asked a family member to post all the items that my valued customers has purchased from me thru EBay.

Again please accept my sincere apologies in the delay of your items.

your items have been posted in todays mail. Hopefully you will recieve them shortly.

Regards

i've heard of that username, think i mighta bought from him. if you paid by bank deposit and he was ripping you off there's no point sending that message cuz you couldn't get your money back anyway. if you paid by paypal you could get it back if he doesn't send it. sounds legit to me...

yeah paid by paypal,i really for sorry for him probably glad he didnt break both arms,at least he can wipe his bum:lol:

cheers

as a general rule i dont believe any sob story i get from a seller/buyer...sure theres the possibility its true, but ive been ripped off twice before after getting that kind of story from a seller: first one was similar "ive been in an accident in hospital for 2 weeks" and the second was the seller pretending to be his brother telling me "sorry but the seller my brother has died after a long battle with leukemia, your package will still be sent but we must have time to grieve, expect it in a few weeks". of course it never arrived and when i claimed thru paypal there wasnt a cent to claim back.

Paypal will garnish what available funds from the sellers account, if there are no funds, it is placed on hold until all outstanding debts and disputes are paid out.

Well, my Bracey Wright SP SE Gold edition is from him

anyway, i think he's telling the truth.. got one to me too..

i bought off from him a few times.. he doesn't take long.. it's just he doesn't leave feedback until i leave him.. and now i think he's so worried about his feedbacks.... anyway, fine by me..

exactly. if the seller has taken all funds from their account, theres bugger all you can do.
