Select Redemption help needed

Hey guys, im looking for a specific number (its still available from select) on a redemption card, i was told by someone i trust (although wants to sell me this card redeemed) that Di at Select would exchange numbers for me if i sent one in already redeemed
Does this sound right?

l know select have done this in the past but your best off contacting select first.
