might I also add that first time in memory you cannot get a complete set of common coards from one box and that for me is anohter reason why SCC members should get an extra box when such a situaton occurs. Maybe, but that is likely where some of the cheaper ones will settle. Certified 460's are $1 each, so his estimate on a 455 card would be close. Probably a little low on the 110 ones (maybe $20-$25 each), Headliners and Specialists are similar ratios to Clearance kings/Brownlow vote getters/Brownlow leaders. The gold and Bronze prices are likely low - probably $40 for a bronze and $100ish for a Gold. $150 for a platinum?I will buy all those at that price

It's not like people tried to get SCC and missed out, It's a worth while discussion if the membership is worth it.
I had to pay for postage on my SCC purchase, postage on my two boxes through the public lot and postage for the album. Complete mess.
I'm fine with the SCC membership. I would renew again.
I feel like it was pretty clear you were paying for guaranteed access to a box for all releases (with some trinkets thrown in). If the value is not there people won't renew next year, but I suspect the vast majority will.

To me, that reads that the memberships were not sold out so people had the chance to get one with ease (which they easily did have the time to do so).
It guarantees a box. I see nothing wrong with that.

I'm on the fence if I'll get it next year, if the vast majority aren't 100% on continuing their membership don't you think it's value should be discussed ?
100% agree, I don’t really understand how the SCC could be seen as bad value. Especially when everyone is having a meltdown at not getting a box.I am 100% going to renew, if possible!
I think the tears will be worse as the releases hit the higher end, and SCC will keep those people in...all IMO

I’d like to see them allow you to buy an album in the same order as your SCC box though to save you on paying postage for a whole new order.
The hat is also a gimmick and should be replaced with accessories of some sort.
