Just did some digging on the old 2016 Certified thread and here are some important dates for sneak peaks
18th of June we got to see the Stevie J 460
21st of June we got to see pictures of Stringer's jumper all cut up
23rd of June we saw the rookie card
28th of June we got the Hannebery non sig patch card

So based on that, at this stage we already had 2 looks at the release in 2016. So strange we still haven't got anything from this release yet.

Thanks for looking that up. I guess if release is a week later than last year then that might be the reason for no sneak peeks yet. Hopefully the first one will be early next week at the latest!

Reason being for no sneak peaks is probably just about everyone on here knows exactly how the breakdown will be! In other words last years' anticipation was agonizing as we all wanted to know what series II would be like after the Brownlow theme completed not to mention the stinker series II from 2012-13 IMO

Delayed due to the Essenson Guernsey signee not being locked in I believe.
Have heard a checklist in Early-Mid July.
Release first week of August.

So a 2 week delay based on last year.

Yep that is correct, there is a chance bombers card might not be locked in so redemption might just say essendon and not players name

Considering the release is going to be August (about 2 weeks later than last year) that schedule may also fall back 2 weeks.

Sorry to disappoint everyone, I would be more then happy to tell you all however the wife got it for me but is refusing to me how. ... I don't even know. Im saying it a player one as there is no number printed on the back.

If its a player edition will say player edition, if it promo would say promo. My thoughts would be she knew someone in the manufactorig process or could be a player edition and just not numbered this year. Either way very cool. Does your wife know sam lloyd

Here's a picture of the back, nar the wife has no idea who he is, she doesn't even follow football ha. She is a gem tho, supports and tries to help the expensive hobby of card collecting (it's workout great at times, eg now and also not so great lol)

Have heard the sell sheet was done some time ago and was told not sure why there is a delay in it being released?

I'd expect early next week we will see it.

Yes the anticipation is on! A blessing I am up to date with all other high ends believe it or not now lets see what this release will bring to me apart from the Greene Guernsey card which I'm saving for already lol
