Righto, so I've just done a test, and I'm not happy with the results. I've had this scanner (HP Photosmart 2610 - it's a printer, w/ flat-bed scanner) for a few years, and was previously "ok" with the results.

I just done a scan-test, one at 300dpi, the other at 600. There's stuff all difference between them, but I need some feedback to help me decide, or possibly advice to help me do them better.

Also, if you don't mind, could you please provide feedback on my "under construction" gallery..

Any help, feedback or comments always appreciated!!!

I can see a slight difference between the 2 but only slight. I personally only use 300dpi. Once you get bigger, then you get a lot bigger in file size and so slows down your bandwidth if you are doing other stuff.

Thanks bud! The only main difference I found, other than physical size, and file size, was that the 300dpi had some form "canvas" look.

Check out the first 2 scans of the Luxury Box. When you click once on each image it zooms in a little. Check the "background" around the players' heads.
