I picked up the special Immortals edition of the Rugby League week yesterday and must say it is a fantastic read. I normally don't buy the league mags but this one has great stories on all the Immortals including Joey and how the Immortal concept was created. I found it very interesting also as 6 out if the 8 immortals had retired before I was born. Anyway great read and thoroughly recommend this edition, good work RLW!!

Was a good read. A couple of comparisons in the "then and now" modern marvels sections were a bit lol though. I know they weren't saying that the modern players are as good, but comparing Dave Taylor to Arthur Beetson and Josh Dugan to Graeme Langlands is a bit far fetched. Other ones like the Slater/Churchill comparison were more spot on.
