First off before I post this story, I would like to wish everybody on here that reads this a Happy Easter and I hope you all have enjoyed this holiday weekend!!!

Yesterday brought out former Detroit Pistons Bad Boy Player from the mid to late 80s and current Pistons WDFN announcer Rick Mahorn. Since I had some items I needed him on, I decided to head up to the Meijer next to the Palace off I-75 to go and get him. When I got up to his table, there was no line at all for him and I was in and out of that Meijer store in 2 minutes!!! Now if only the other player appearances I go to around here in Michigan were this easy lol. Anyhow here are the results:

Rick Mahorn @ Meijer in Auburn Hills next to I-75:

Rick Mahorn 1 8x10 photo, 4/9 cards, and a pic with him!!! (1 card is not mine.) ("Wow you got alot of pics of me. Just tell me which pics you want signed the most kid I don't want to sign all of these. I want to be more remembered as being a Piston." Me: "Okay please get the Pistons card and 3 cards of the other teams you were on and I will call it good." (If anyone is wondering about the 8x10 Pistons photo, he did that right away without me asking him.) Rick: "Alright I can roll with that. Anyway kid, I wanted to show you a card I seen earlier. You seen this Pistons card, it has the Minnesota Timberwolves logo on it. I never played for them I rip this card up." Me: "Oh okay so you never signed any of those cards???" Rick: "Nope I never had they got the wrong team on that card.")

Alright that is all I have to share here from this day. I guess Rick Mahorn is referring to an so called error card from the 1989-90 Fleer NBA set which does have the Minnesota Timberwolves logo on that card. He has never signed that card and he never will. So if anyone needs him to sign it for that set you will probably never get it done. He rips them up. As seen in my pic with him if you look at the bottom right closely next to the water bottle, you can see the ripped up card he did earlier when another guy was trying to get it signed. He will never sign that card end of story.

Thanks alot for looking!!!

Next up for me: Pistons vs. Suns 3/24/08 (A FRIEND IN CLEVELAND CALLED ME THIS EVENING WITH AN EXTRA TICKET TO THIS GAME AND INVITED ME TO COME!!!)
