request to change my username

C. It is a bit of a special circumstance... Considering he's trying to get an actual bricks and Mortar shop off the ground and Im sure just like anyone on the site the mods will try and help however they can in certain ways....

Well, for starters, if you had any sense at all, you would be talking about it, researching it on the biggest trading card site in Australia, which is right here... And there hasn't been any of that now has there? Secondly, Im sure you would have contacted the mods if you were doing this and did have half a brain.

It's also so people don't want a name change every month and the people start losing track of everyone's old name in regards to feedback and deals too

well you say I like to stir the pot,your doing a pretty fine job there too mate, secondly if I had half a brain I wouldn't need to ask and research it's not rocket science and lastly in reply to you, your statment should have read biggest Basketball trading card site in australia because you are dragging the chain in the AFL department. Now in reply to Garnettfan4life's post very interesting point you made but there are some responsible people in this world why not limit it to 1 name change in a 24 month period?. in closing all I was asking for was fairness is that too much to ask?

Look I have got nothing against Terry or his store or anyone else for that matter and I am not angry I said I am not happy (the opposite of happy is sad not angry), who knows if he decides to sell AFL cards I may even buy off him that's fine. but instead of Mods sitting back in their ivory towers saying no we won't change your username, how about letting users apply for a name change with a reason and then if they deem it necessary approve it. They way this was done does not send the right message to all of us (and I beleive there is a few) wanting a name change.

Why should they? Its their site to do with as they please, If they don't feel like changing a cranky old man's user name that had a cry and left the forum a while ago then they won't.
