Replacement Mail...and.........

Hey guys bout a month ago i broke a box of 06 07 Ultimate and there were some damaged cards and sent them away....
I got a package from Upper Deck and in it was 6 Packs of 07 08 SPX and this is what i got from them....

Mind you the Replacement Cards they sent me were damaged also
Do i dare send them back to them???Opinions?
