Replacement from Upper Deck! break

Okay, I finally received something today after numerous emails and requests to Upper Deck for this:
PAUL PIERCE - 05/06 NBA TRILOGY SIGNATURE SWATCHES CD# SSA-PP

Hopefully they will get a big tick for this replacement. The particular guy I spoke with last, explained that he can't control the outcome, but he will help make up the difference if I'm not satisfied, as I explained to him my situation as a player collector who doesn't want doubles as well.

It turned up in a mailer with what looks like a USPS Priority mail sticker on there. That's kinda weird considering they always send UPS.

Anyways, it's in a 25 count case with white card stock on either side. It looks like a plexiglass auto of some kind from side on
"Breaking" in a few minutes!

I'm p*$@#d off with it. I sent an email asking for an explanation, hopefully this guy can do something. The numbering is twice as much as the redemption I think. It's supposed to be like the Bron in your Avatar, but Paul Pierce. They didn't even send anything extra like they say they do. Pricks.

It must be hard to find replacements, but they should go out of their way to help their customers, like give them twice as much or something.

Of course they're not going to please everyone, but at least give them something a little 2-1 value, geez...
