Redemptions

Can someone explain to me how I can have 12 serge ibaka redemptions in for some time that haven't been redeemed.
But in Panini's recent releases none of his autos are redemtions
So I guess he has signed stickers and sent in and they have used them for there new products instead of the outstanding redemptions
Anyone else think this is unfair?

Maybe they have made the cards, I emailed asking why 2012 limited was released with joe Dumars autos in the product yet I was still waiting for the 2011 redemption... I Recieved it a week later...

how do u actually go about getting a replacement? I've had a redemption with panini since august last year, i sent them a message in august this year about it and they told me the will send it once its been signed

Send an email to hobby@paniniamerica.net with the request number and tell them you want it replaced. Include an idea of who/what you collect and they are usually pretty good trying to get something PC for you!

Definitely, worked for my first redemption.

Some cards simply arent made prior to release, so they then need to chase signatures for them when they ARE made. Dunno how long that process takes.

In my recent case, the Superscribe autos were released, and some were redemptions, but there were also other autographed cards from other sets for those players in the redemption list, which were out (non-redemption cards) on the market.

Confusing half the time.
