Hey guys, I've been AFK for quite some time now due to work being busy. Been meaning to stop in and see Terry at A1, but you know how it is... one minute you have all the money in the world to throw at cards and the next you don't. Never fear though I will back into it soon.
I'm just curious as to whether there is anyone I can contact at topps that will give me a reasonable explanation as to why 2 of my redemptions are 2 months overdue? Is there a guarantee I'll get them at all? If they don't produce the cards anymore, where would that leave someone?
