Like hairyangryfella, want to give props to Panini as well. I redeemed my John Wall Auto Jersey about 1 and a half year ago, before the new CSM came in. Never got it, and never bothered to chase it up. Tweeted them last week, package came today in a massive FedEx box with a little yellow envelope today.

Got these as replacements:

They also gave me 2 packs of 12-13 Threads as well. Just busted 1 each with my brother and we hit this:

So props to you Panini from me as well. Your customer service has really improved dramatically since you first came into the game!
