My suggestion would be to ALWAYS send your redemptions in by registered post IAW the instructions.

Anyone can send an item registered to my knowledge as long as you pay the $3.80 or whatever it costs to register an item.

Hey Delta,
ESP seem to have a time limit on redeeming cards, so they may not honour the redemption.
Email them first to see if they will or not.
If not - PM me - I have a set you can have.
