Its been awhile since I posted my pickups on here. Overall, I have been busy this summer. I start my relocation to a school down in West Virginia during the middle of next week. I won't be back at Eastern Michigan this fall obviously. Since I am now sorting out my cards, I did find my recent pickups I put around my room here. I got some catching up to do so without further delay, here are my scans of the recent pickups I had over the past 3 months!!!:
That is all I got from mostly that card shop in Traverse City,MI I been going to. All the 08-09 Skybox box results I got that box from a card shop over in Bay City,MI. As for the Topps Signature Edition pickups, if anybody wants to know what numbered base cards I pulled out of those packs, send me a pm or post in here. That covers my Michigan pickups.
As you all know by now, I was down in Peoria,IL last week chasing after NBA player Shaun Livingston. It turned out to be a successful trip as seen in my Shaun Livingston thread. Since I had 2 days to look around that town, at my hotel room I decided to look up any baseball card shops that might be in the area in the phone book. To my surprise, there was one about 2-3 minutes from the hotel room I was staying at. After I saw and finally got Shaun Livingston, I decided to make what was a 5 minute drive to this card shop. I got there right before it was about to open. Here is what I ended up getting from this shop down in Peoria,IL:
The JRich GU was only $3 in the discount box at this shop.
Only did 2 packs of these and those were the big hits from those 2 packs.
I think this was a good deal for only $20...:
Yup that is Vince Carter's autograph!!!
That is all the pickups I got from that shop down in Illinois.
