I was busy yesterday and earlier today so I finally now get around to put these results up.
I will start first off with what came in my mailbox here at school yesterday. It was the card I got off of ebay for under $3:
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg165.imageshack.us%2Fimg165%2F9666%2Frecentpickups028gm4.jpg&hash=55bf07fdbaaab31e1eb4ba10c3a7000a)
Not a real bad deal at all. That was a steal!!!
Today, I was able to head out to Gibraltar for the card show again. It was much more crowded then usual today since that everybody at that show was talking about the Barry Sanders signing. I unfortunately was not one of the people there that got Barry Sanders since he was charging a ridiculous $120 or somewhere around that to get his autograph. That was a joke and it was shocking to hear that the line for him got very very big once that building opened up at around I think it was 10am this morning.
Another thing I wanted to point out that was strange was former WWE star (WWF around the time he wrestled) Virgil had a table set up there and no one would come up to him and I of course did avoid him and he had comments to say to the people that speed walked right by him at his table.
Despite the mess the Barry Sanders appearance brought, here is what I came up with result wise:
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg508.imageshack.us%2Fimg508%2F5328%2Frecentpickups029aa7.jpg&hash=5c0a9195c42d104be2662dfca54a822c)
All 4 of those cards are refractors all picked up for under a $1.
I was able to make a trade today. Here is what I picked up all from this trade:
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg135.imageshack.us%2Fimg135%2F9327%2Frecentpickups030pz9.jpg&hash=53939cefbd290cf3267f538d86a6bfed)
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg508.imageshack.us%2Fimg508%2F5272%2Frecentpickups031ky9.jpg&hash=940a2825d589a1f34ac638a0416e14b4)
The Quad GU with Prince on it is #'d to /193. The UD Glass Rookie is #'d to 500. The Fleer Premium Parallel RC is #'d to /300. The UD Honor Roll RC is #'d to /1999. The UD Generations card is #'d to /999. All are for my PC!!!
Before I decided to roll out for the day from this extremely crowded show, I saw a good deal on a box I found very hard to pass up. The box I was able to get was the 06-07 Topps Finest. This box delievered the goods and a mojo card no one on here would expect to be the mojo card. Scans are below:
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg507.imageshack.us%2Fimg507%2F5521%2Frecentpickups032gi7.jpg&hash=7ab5bf8b12778116ac7ecb93f784d0bc)
![](/proxy.php?image=http%3A%2F%2Fimg135.imageshack.us%2Fimg135%2F2563%2Frecentpickups033ay9.jpg&hash=62be6c1f584475ed28c62e91d0bcacad)

Now in this final scan, the mojo card is the bottom right corner of this scan. I will explain more of it shortly.

What makes the Mike Bibby card the Mojo card is not just that it is numbered to 50 BUT, it is #'d 10/50 which makes this card a true 1/1 since that is the jersey number Mike Bibby wears!!! That is not a bad pull and the odds of pulling something like that numbered wise are not to often.
What I did not scan that I pulled was a various amount of base rookies, and 4 draft pick redemption cards. Here is the redemption card list:
Draft pick #5 redemption card Refractor
Draft pick #8 redemption card Refractor
Draft pick #15 redemption
2007 NBA Draft pick redemption autograph (Random player determined by Topps of a card that I will receive from this years NBA Draft class.)
If anyone can identify the Draft pick numbers of the cards of those 3 redemptions I put above, I would appreciate it. That is all I have to share from this box.
To follow up from the retail mojo results last week on the story of the haunted house since some of you inquired on wanting to know how that experience went, I was able to go with my friend and 2 of his other friends to the haunted house last night. We tried again this time at an earlier time in the evening, and we were able to go in this time since the line was only a 15 minute wait. This was better off then the 4 hour wait we would of had to endured last week out in the horrific cold. I will tell you this, that haunted house was scary. It reminded me of the old tv show Goosebumps I use to watch in the Saturday morning line up when I was a little kid lol. The one portal tunnel our group had to put up with did kinda resemble the portal stages from Mortal Kombat 2, and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. Mortal Kombat is one of my all time favorite video games if anyone wondered. If anyone on here wants to know what that haunted house place is called and where it is located at, just let me know and I will share.
That is all I have to share from my day at Gibraltar and from the Haunted House experience as requested by some members wanting to know how the experience went. The Gibraltar show I went to today was probably the most crowded show I ever been to. It is amazing that people would pay $120 to wait in line for 2-3 hours to get a person to write his name on an item. I would rather do a box and try to trade for cards for my player collection I have in progress right now. Everybody at that show brought up his name in chats at every table I visited to buy or trade for something. Barry Sanders was the person everybody talked about today. As always, comments are welcomed!!! Thanks alot for looking!!!
On a sidenote: I apologize for the long read.
