With all the Fakes and copies of this card

is it still possible to purchase a raw copy without it being graded?

What do you look for?

any help would be appreciated

If you purchase raw you run the real risk of it being a fake. There are ways to tell but if a seller was trying to sell you a fake, do you think they would give themselves away ?

The bottom line for this particular card is buy graded (and by this I mean from a reputable grading company) or don't buy at all EDIT - Unless you can buy in person and inspect it for the things listed in the link on the next post. Personally, I don't think it's worth the risk. PSA have a guarantee on their graded cards - if it for some unlikely reason they have slabbed a fake, they will, upon proof of purchase, refund the money paid for the card. Why take a chance ? I know I wouldnt.

there are basketball becketts you can buy online. i could send you an old one but there's no point as it wouldn't be up to date.... just look on ebay you can pick one up there, or subscribe to beckett online. beckett's only useful to trading not really selling. if youre selling check ebay prices.

Yep completed Ebay listings are your friend. Gives a more accurate guide to current/market prices.

The best question is WHY would you buy a raw one? If you hate the look of graded cards then buy a graded one and bust it knowing you have the real deal.

I have just uploaded a fake Jordan on my bucket if you want to look. They were scanned in at 1200dpi.
