I sold a AFL predictor card on ebay, PORT. now the Auction ended 6 days ago and he tells me he might pay this week. Now to me this is bullsh*t. Im thinking he maybe waiting to see if they win this week then he might pay. So what do i do? Can i relist it just like that and tell him too bad? I want to sell it this week before the game? Any help would be good.

Give a non-paying bidder alert to him and claim/strike if he doesn't respond soon enough.

I think thats the best you can do.
